A skill is something like a hobby for example:
Learn to play an instrument
Musical Instrument - If you get regular music lessons you could use this and get your instructor to be your assessor, the lessons could be in school or private, but you can't count your normal music lessons.
Art or Photography
Art or Photography - You could undertake a personal project, get one of your art teachers to suggest a theme for your project.
Cooking or Baking

Evidence
As with the other areas, if you see the same person every week, for example a music teacher then they can sign the assessors form for you.
If this is something you are doing on your own, take lots of photos, keep an activity log and use a teacher as your assessor.
